Our system can be set to apply "counter-pressure" to the presser foot at the start and end of the stitch. Our system can be set to have the presser foot perform "counter pressure" at the start and end of stitching, which allows the material to instantly increase its density while being compressed, eliminating the effect of elasticity on the thread loop.
The sewing range of this machine is 300MM*200MM. For shoe upper sewing, this sewing range can fully meet the needs of most shoe sizes and is very practical. Of course, we also offer other sizes, such as the compact 150*100mm or the larger 600*400mm, to meet all your custom sewing needs.
The Shoe Sewing Machines comes standard with a quick-change die fixture, allowing you to alternate between two die sets: one automatically sewing in the machine while a worker simultaneously sets the material outside. Our sewing machine system supports template management using barcodes, QR codes, or RFID recognition! The worker only needs to scan the template with the recognition device, and the machine will automatically recognize the pattern and start sewing. The machines can be centrally managed via Wi-Fi, making it much easier to monitor machine production.
